1. Introduction

Welcome to Mobile Mart. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Please read these terms carefully before using our website or services. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Mobile Mart provides mobile repair services, including but not limited to:

• Screen replacement and repair
• Battery replacement
• Water damage repair
• Charging port repair
• Camera repair
• Software troubleshooting
• Sale of mobile accessories and spare parts
• Doorstep pickup and delivery service

3. Service Estimates and Pricing

All repair estimates are provided after a thorough diagnosis. The final price may vary if additional issues are discovered during the repair process.

We will notify you of any price changes before proceeding with the repair. You have the right to decline the service if you're not comfortable with the revised estimate.

4. Warranty Policy

We offer a 6-month warranty on all repair services and a 12-month warranty on battery replacements. The warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in replaced parts
• Issues directly related to the repair service provided
• Workmanship errors

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, physical damage, water damage, or issues caused by third-party repairs after our service.

5. Data Loss

While we take utmost care during repairs, Mobile Mart is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the repair process. We strongly recommend backing up your data before submitting your device for repair.

6. Doorstep Service Terms

Our doorstep service includes free pickup and delivery within specified service areas. Please note:

• Pickup and delivery times are estimates and may vary
• You must be present at the time of pickup and delivery
• Packaging for device transport is our responsibility
• Doorstep service is currently available in select cities only

7. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the repair service (for store visits) or at the time of delivery (for doorstep service).

We accept various payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

8. Cancellation and Refund

You may cancel a service booking before the repair has commenced. In such cases:

• No cancellation fee will be charged
• If payment was made in advance, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Refunds for completed repairs are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If we fail to fix the issue after two attempts, you may be eligible for a partial refund.

9. User Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your device and its issues
• Backup all important data before submitting your device
• Remove any screen locks, passwords, or security features
• Collect your device within 30 days of repair completion (storage fees may apply)

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobile Mart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from our services.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
